Nobody buys it - other than Rob, and we all know how his claims and lies were proven to be just that, LIES. Yes, I saw Sean’s performance as Stan the Merman. It was so bad I couldn’t keep from laughing – the movie in itself was a stinker, but Sean’s acting didn’t help matters. But that didn’t stop Sean, and he began his quest to infiltrate the Hollywood party scene, where he met club boy Dustin Lance Black, an extremely talented (and Oscar winning) writer/director, who was about to achieve the ultimate Hollywood success. Sean used his best tools (his ass) to try and convince Black that Sean belonged in “Milk”, not just as an extra but as a main character. How I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall during Sean’s audition for the part of Cleve Jones, which incidentally went to Emile Hirsch.

All that being said, Sean continues to delude himself with the notions of achieving Black’s success. Unfortunately for Sean, he doesn’t have any other talent than that of being a bareback twink porn model, and even that talent is disappearing quickly (can anyone truly consider Sean a twink these days?). I sincerely pity Sean Lockhart, who should have given up the Brent Corrigan name years ago. He truly is a star in his own mind. Make no mistake, Grant Roy doesn't feel at all sorry for Bryan's death, nor does he feel at all sorry for how Bryan died.

One would think that two years after Bryan was killed in such a vile and heinous way, after the start of a trial where Bryan’s alleged killer could face the death penalty, Grant Roy’s hatred and anger toward his former nemesis would have dissipated. Instead, even while the trial is in its infancy, even while he awaits his turn on the stand, Grant Roy continues to hate Bryan Kocis.

Why is that?

Lockhart, his CobraKiller, Dewayne, Albert and a few others made Bryan's life hell on line. The Cobrakiller published documents online that included Bryan's home address. This act alone put someones life at risk. These people insisted you were in agreement with them or their enemy. We know the actions of Sean and His CobraKiller resulted in the murder of Bryan Kocis.

What did they learn from their actions? Nothing.

Now they do the same to Robert Wagner online that they did to Bryan Kocis. A few have said flat out (Dewayne and Rob the most) they want Robert Wagner to meet the same fate as Kocis. We all know Dewayne and Rob are mouth pieces for the CobraKiller. As of last week everyone shut up about Wagner, except for Rob. Too bad he did not shut up too. Rob insists Grant 'CobraKiller' Roy has proof that BB is Robert Wagner, to date, they fail to provide this proof. They will never be able to provide proof. The reason is simple as well as obvious.

The sad and pathetic part of all this is Wagner does not post on this subject. He is the only one who has remained silent during this mess.

Now that jury selection is underway, the trial is going to happen. Sean and his CobraKiller were counting on Harlow taking a plea deal. Harlow wants his day in court. He is getting it.

Well it has to do with attacking and making threats to people online, directed towards Robert Wagner. Grant 'CobraKller' Roy plants a Story...

The very angry CobraKiller ignored gag orders. He fed a bullshit story to Cedric Harris AKA Elm. Cedric ran with the story and presented it as FACT - much like the rest of the bullshit lies he posted. Recently Cedric revealed the email with the information he ran with. That email was from GRANT 'CobraKiller' ROY. Why did Cedric reveal this email after making a promise to never reveal its source? The answer to that is simple, he is a proven liar and got found out for being one. The heat was on Cedric, many of his claims were proven to be lies. Cedric realized he was indeed being used as a puppet. Cedric eventually did the right thing and came clean.

A man is DEAD. Those directly involved have done nothing but play games and broke gag orders. Why? To cover their own asses and spread as much misinformation as possible. Cedric was not the only person used in this manner by the CobraKiller. There is Dewayne, Albert and the blog poster who calls himself Rob. All of these characters are involved with and connected to the CobraKiller. I have written about Albert and Dewayne before, so I will say no more, nothing to add really. The person who goes by the name of Rob is another matter. Till his real name is revealed we will call him by his chosen name. Rob is located in Iowa. He impersonated a federal agent. Rob made several direct threats to other bloggers. This has been reported to the FBI office in Nebraska - they cover Iowa. Due to an ongoing investigation I really can not say much more. Rob like Sean Lockhart is a porn model and former escort.

Back to the CobraKillers email. Here are a few quotes:

who is Grant "CobraKiller" Roy?

"In a blog roy created, he gave himself the CHILLING nickname: "the Cobra Killer". He has two online names under which he’s posted on various forums and blogs, caseycain and The Cobra Killer. He was the one to initiate contact with Harlow Cuadra through Harlow’s rentboy ad. He fancies himself a porn producer, and yet has been nothing but a failure in the porn industry. His name is Grant Roy.

"intoxicated by his own fame". Grant first came onto the scene in September 2005, when he started posting on the JuicyGoo forums under the alias “caseycain”. Grant took on the role of bad cop to Sean Lockhart’s good cop, and began the character assassination of Bryan, using the online forums as his pulpit. Grant claimed that the gifts and travel that Bryan showered Sean with was only part of a larger effort to keep Sean under Bryan’s thumb, and prevent Sean from revealing his true age (if we are to believe Sean was 17 when he first went to work for Cobra – so far, no proof).

"Sean has a GOD complex". Grant called Bryan conniving and manipulative. He regurgitated the story of how Bryan received Sean’s identifications (before Sean was hired) and felt that Bryan could have prevented this mess from the start if only Bryan had not hired Sean at the point. But, according to Grant, Bryan went ahead, kept Sean’s real age under wraps, just so Bryan could make the “big bucks”. This brings up a ton of questions, one of which is why did Sean call Bryan in August 2005 to tell Bryan of his true age, if Bryan already knew, but I won’t go into that here. Grant goes on to say that Bryan bullied Sean into submission, and continued to do so by posting on the JuicyGoo forums. Again, there is no proof of Bryan ever posting online at JuicyGoo, but these facts have never stopped Grant Roy from spewing his vitriol and venom (remember… Cobra Killer…).

"like Kocis, Roy had a thing for YOUNG BOYS". When you look at them both, Bryan (when he was alive) and Grant were quite similar. Both were around the same age. Both enjoyed the company of young men. Both had sex with their models. Both were/are in relationships with Sean Lockhart. If you believe what the Sean-nettes have said about Bryan (keep in mind Albert and DeWayne have heard all of this from Sean himself, so take that into consideration), Bryan had quite a temper. We’ve all witnessed his rage online – would it surprise anyone to witness this rage in person? Is Sean staying with Grant because he is afraid of what Grant may do to him if Sean ever leaves? Bryan only sued Sean. What would Grant do?

"Maybe we should hire a cleaner" - a hit man. Apparently, the subject of killing Bryan did not come up for the first time in Vegas. If we are to believe the Rolling Stone article “Death of a Porn King”, Grant was the one to bring up the subject of hiring a hit man, during a discussion he and Sean were having with Caleb Carter, one of Sean’s co-stars in “The Velvet Mafia”. Regardless of the tone of the conversation, it’s evident that Grant and Sean wanted Bryan out of their lives for good.

Yet again, it falls on me to explain away the various conspiracy theories and ongoing story of the hell Sean Lockhart has been put through, all at the hands of a man who was murdered, allegedly by two people who had never met him, but had met Sean and Grant Roy less than 2 weeks before allegedly committing the murder.

This is an important point which should be emphasized – Harlow and Joe had never once met Bryan Kocis prior to the night of January 24. In fact, prior to the evening of January 11, when Harlow and Joe met Sean and Grant for dinner in Las Vegas, they had never been in contact with Bryan. It was only after this dinner they made contact with Bryan.

Again, Sean and Grant, who hated Bryan more than anything in the world met with the two men who were arrested for allegedly killing the man Sean and Grant hated more than anything in the world. Still with me?

The conspiracy theorists, or as I like to call them, the Sean-nettes, will explain Sean and Grant’s hatred for Bryan with their various scenarios – Bryan abused Sean. Bryan manipulated Sean. Bryan threatened Sean. Bryan harassed Sean. Bryan was an evil man. Bryan was a bad man. Get my drift? Here are my questions – if the above is true (and I didn’t know Bryan all that well, so for all I know he could have been the Devil incarnate, though I highly doubt it), why did Sean go back to Bryan and Cobra Video in 2005? Why did Sean wait until August 2005 to tell Bryan of his real age (more on this in a bit)? Why did Sean sign the exclusive contract with Bryan in the summer of 2005? Why did Sean end up signing the settlement agreement with Bryan in Dec 2006/Jan 2007, pretty much agreeing to film additional scenes for Cobra Video?

Take a step back for just a minute – stop thinking about Sean as a sex object. Put yourself in a situation of working for a man you hated. He treated you horribly. He emotionally abused you. Basically he did everything he could to control you. Then picture yourself leaving this man’s employ. Not only leaving his employ, but moving across the country from him. Now, you are living with your boyfriend in beautiful California and want to get into business for yourself. You have told your boyfriend everything your former employer put you through, and your boyfriend, being the guy who loves you and cares for you, wants nothing to do with your former employer, and wants you to have nothing to do with your former employer.

None of the Sean-nettes can clearly explain why Sean went back to Bryan in the spring/summer of 2005. They claim Sean was taken in by Bryan’s pleas of “I’ll be good and it’ll be better” approach. That would make Sean a very naïve and stupid guy, wouldn’t it? One would think that during a battle, you would rally your troops around you. The more troops, the more ammunition the better your position is to defeat your enemy. Sean’s ammunition was, and remains to this say, his real birth certificate. Simply showing that to the authorities would have, at the very least, caused Cobra Video to be turned inside out by the FBI and other child porn opponents. I challenged Dewayne to prove I am Robert Wagner - again.

This time the CobraKiller replied. It was a very simple reply. It said "I WILL!".

I recall the CobraKiller saying he'd prove I was Bryan Kocis. He failed. Once he realized how wrong he was, he decided I must be Robert Wagner. To be fair, the fact the CobraKiller now says he will prove I am RW is the first admission from him that I am not Bryan Kocis - that is progress, even though it took well over a year for him to admit this. He'd make more progress if he'd just come clean with all his other proven lies. His anger and lies are what got him to where he is today.

Now the CobraKiller has more problems. Sean wrote:

The very angry CobraKiller ignored gag orders. He fed a bullshit story to Cedric Harris AKA Elm. Cedric ran with the story and presented it as FACT - much like the rest of the bullshit lies he posted. Recently Cedric revealed the email with the information he ran with. That email was from GRANT 'CobraKiller' ROY. Why did Cedric reveal this email after making a promise to never reveal its source? The answer to that is simple, he is a proven liar and got found out for being one. The heat was on Cedric, many of his claims were proven to be lies. Cedric realized he was indeed being used as a puppet. Cedric eventually did the right thing and came clean.

A man is DEAD. Those directly involved have done nothing but play games and broke gag orders. Why? To cover their own asses and spread as much misinformation as possible. Cedric was not the only person used in this manner by the CobraKiller. There is Dewayne, Albert and the blog poster who calls himself Rob. All of these characters are involved with and connected to the CobraKiller. I have written about Albert and Dewayne before, so I will say no more, nothing to add really. The person who goes by the name of Rob is another matter. Till his real name is revealed we will call him by his chosen name. Rob is located in Iowa. He impersonated a federal agent. Rob made several direct threats to other bloggers. This has been reported to the FBI office in Nebraska - they cover Iowa. Due to an ongoing investigation I really can not say much more. Rob like Sean Lockhart is a porn model and former escort.

Back to the CobraKillers email. Here are a few quotes:

Cedric points out many other bloggers are searching for my identity. This is old news. The CobraKiller has been trying to find out for years as have his cohorts. They failed. The only way I can be outted is if I out myself.

Why can nobody out me? Simple really, I have no personal interaction with anybody - a handful of emails has been my limit on contact with those who blog.

Credric on the other hand has emailed everyone, talked voice with them - including the murderers. Cedric took part in illegal 3-way jail house conversation (thanx Jabba). He aided Jabba the child molester in posing as a federal agent too. And he wonders why the blog world has turned on him.

That is the real point that seems to be missed. Why did H & J believe it was necessary to get rid of Bryan? If they had asked Sean and Grant 'CobraKiller' Roy - and they had replied truthfully - they would have known that the settlement of only 4 days previous left Sean free to pursue other goals.

Now the claim is the fliers in question were MAILED to the CobraKillers neighborhood. This really is odd as Sean claimed they were posted on lamp posts.

Nobody has seen said fliers. None of the neighbors are on the witness list. The SDPD knows nothing about this claim.

It is funny, those the make the flyer claim say Joe and Harlow planted lots of misinformation. Those that make the flier claim do exactly that, plant misinformation on the blogs to divert attention in another direction. Those efforts fail and continue to do so. Recent events have exposed Elm and his blundering secret agent impersonator as being very wrong on many aspects of the murder saga. Elms criminal activities have also been exposed. It was going to happen eventually. Elm and his most recent cohort the agent impersonator have both been exposed as law breaking criminals. Now they have parted ways and do not back up each others lies anymore. The one thing they do still have in common is making false accusations and attacks against RW and BB on the blogs. What they hope to achieve is beyond me. Some people never learn.

So many people have tried to shut up BB. It began with attacks and accusations made by the CobraKiller - he was 100% sure I was Bryan Kocis. Deperv and Allburp ran with that too. When Bryan was brutally murdered, instead of admitting how wrong they all were, they simply decided BB must be someone else close to BK. After accusations of being several other people, the CobraKiller decided I must be Robert Wagner. His minions ran with that. Elm jumped on that band wagon for other known reasons. The attacks and accusations reached new heights on the blogs. It got so out of hand the authorities got directly involved. I do not want to say too much about that right now. Needless to say the attacks, threats and accusations made towards Robert Wagner were abruptly halted by the CobraKiller and a few Sean Lockhart supporters/bloggers. After the direct threats made to RW by the CobraKiller on several blogs, it is no surprise really if you think about it. One murder was one too many.

It amazes me how ignorant and stupid some people can be. Those who are directly involved in this saga no longer post or blog about it - some of their supporters have stopped with the RW crap too.

By simple deduction I can say that PC, Jim, and myself are not players in this murder saga. We three have very different opinions and thoughts. Our blogs clearly show that. As for Elm, he has issues, he wants to be directly involved in this saga, maybe he is. However, he is not on any witness list, neither is Jim, PC or BB.

The fact is, if BB was involved in anyway, I would not be here now... still blogging, still commenting, and still following this long drawn out murder saga.

We have several more months to go till the Joe and Harlow aspect is dealt with. Depending on what is revealed at trial, this saga could still have a few more years to play out before it is finally put to rest.

But who is to say that he did not have someone at the house with him the whole time helping him get caught up on business stuff. Do we know if he had someone house sit for the two weeks he was gone or at least check up on things? If they were at the home the whole time they would have witnessed the phone calls from Brent to Bryan. They would also know about the settlement. They would also know about Brent and Bryan hugging as the hustle ball because they were there. They would know about Harlow because they saw him with Brent and Grant at the Hustla Ball. I would say that a jilted paramour who felt that his special place was being taken by one of his rivals killed Bryan. Figure that this person snapped and did this out of rage and jealousy. Then in a panic set the house on fire and left the scene only to call the police “after they found out about the murder”. Harlow does not fit for this murder or any murder if you ask me. For that, I got plenty of attacks and accusations.

Now that some time has passed since Sean and his CobraKiller began with their lies - the truth is now becoming transparent and undeniable

One of the biggest lies was from the CobraKiller, it was directed at Bryan Kocis. This was during the period Sean and his CobraKiller began their quest to destroy Bryan Kocis and Cobra Video. It was a scare tactic. The CobraKiller bragged of his millions and his ownership of a trucking company. This tactic I am sure was to make Bryan think that Sean and his CobraKiller were not afraid of the legal problems they were facing at that time, and that they could afford to fight back.

The fact is they were flat broke and desperate for money, so desperate that the CobraKiller, Sean's protector did nothing to stop Sean driving without insurance. This kind of action is typical of those two - do as I say, not as I do. They obviously thought they were above the law. Those days are gone. I am sure Sean is not the first hooker to drive without insurance, but he is the most self richeous, his blog shows that. He goes on about being such a good innocent sweet young man, it is sickening, it is a lie. Everything is always someone else's fault with him. He is getting to be as pathetic as his lying ass CobraKiller.

This is a big issue for several reasons. He blames Bryan Kocis for his on screen sex actions - bareback fucking, eating cum, cum dripping out of his ass and so on. I'd buy that claim if Sean got out of porn and stayed away from perverted old men. I'd buy it even more if he did not sell his ass to creepy old men. Sean was a hooker BEFORE he teamed up with Cobra.

Sean often brags and rants that his current old boyfriend - the perverted Grant Roy, is his protector. Bullshit. It is a lie. One day Sean just might realize this. You see Grant Roy is his pimp. He sells Sean's ass to make money. The actions of Sean are no different now than when he worked for Cobra. Sean is still a piece of meat - Grant Roy sells this meat. Let the CobraKiller explain how he met the accused killers. Let the CobraKiller explain why he invited the accused killers to meet in Vegas.

Let the CobraKiller explain Sean Lockhart is his much younger lover. Let the CobraKiller explain his attacks and threats against Bryan Kocis. Let the CobraKiller explain why he gave himself the name 'CobraKiller'.

Let the CobraKiller explain he is manager to his much younger porn boyfriend. Let the CobraKiller explain his online attacks, threats and messages to another witness: Robert Wagner.

Let the CobraKiller and Sean explain their plan to steal information from Bryan Kocis so they could compete against him - then destroy him. A certain email will come back to haunt them both. So it’s come down to this – us vs. them. Sean’s friends vs. Sean’s enemies. Never in my wildest dreams did I think the word “enemies” would surface in conjunction to a former escort and porn model.

It continues to amaze me that no matter what you say about either Sean or Bryan, Sean’s friends (or Sean-nettes) will spin it around so that it comes back to “Sean is the victim and Bryan was the big bad porn producer who made him do bad things”. Incredible, when you think of it, how blinded the Sean-nettes are to reality.

I’ve spent the better part of the last month reading and re-reading various blogs that speak about Sean Lockhart – Elmysterio, DeWayne, PC, Julien, Jason Curious, etc. I’ve read and re-read the comments made by those who you can describe as Bryan’s defenders. Not once did I read any comments that suggest Bryan was a saint or that Bryan didn’t do wrong things. However, the Sean-nettes would disagree, because if you aren’t Sean’s friend (or defender), no matter what you say, you are his enemy.

This reminds me of George W. Bush, when the President spoke about the coalition of the willing. “If you aren’t with us, you’re against us” – it was very black and white – no in-between. Surely there can be some gray areas?

It’s always the same thing – Sean is the victim and Bryan is the predator. The Sean-nettes talk about hate and vile and rage, yet point me to one comment (by a person who doesn’t sign their post as anonymous) that rages against Sean Lockhart? Point me to one comment that attempts to “canonize” Bryan and yet continues to spew hatred toward Sean Lockhart.

Why is it that every time someone mentions Bryan’s name, no matter what the context, the Sean-nettes gang up and spew their hatred and vitriol? It started on JuicyGoo with Grant Roy (as caseycain) and it continues today with those whom I will not mention.

Why is it that these people, most of whom have never met Sean Lockhart, have this burning desire to protect him? It’s a legitimate question. Why the strong need to defend someone they don’t know? I think we can all agree that most people first heard the name “Brent Corrigan” when they watched him in one of his Cobra Video scenes. I doubt anyone met him for coffee or bumped into him on the street and struck up a conversation with him, as a first introduction. So if they “met” him on a television screen (or computer monitor), chances are Sean was either naked or close to being naked. And since he was a porn model, it was his job to turn on those who were watching him in action. Do you suppose any of the Sean-nettes were watching Sean get fucked on-camera with their clothes on, their hands clasped in front of them, watching a gay porno and being completely detached, looking at it like a science experiment?

Grant Roy is described by Sean as a boyfriend, father figure and “protector”. Why does Sean need a protector? Who does Sean need protecting from, the big bad porn producer? Well, he’s dead. And if Sean did need protection from Bryan when he was alive, can someone explain to me why Sean returned to Pennsylvania in 2005, after moving in with Grant in San Diego? Sean got away from Bryan – if Bryan was as bad as everyone says he was, why in the world did Sean go back?

Keep in mind the circumstances – Sean wasn’t homeless. Sean wasn’t new to California. Sean wasn’t new to the porn industry. Sean had a home with Grant, had lived in California before, and was an experienced escort and porn model. Look at the contradictions – Sean hated Bryan. Sean went back to work for Bryan.

If Sean needed money, he could have gotten himself a job. One has to wonder if Grant is working. What exactly does Grant do all day? Play on the computer and make Sean’s web site all pretty? Grant 'CobraKiller' Roy's supporters are going all out to paint a pretty picture of this unsavory character. Why is this? All their claims have been proven to be wrong, so they change the subject.

Some point out that the CobraKiller has credibility and that Robert Wagner has none. RW gave evidence on the stand for about 10 minutes, they view this as being negative. The reason is plainly obvious why RW gave evidence for about 10 minutes, he does not know much. All RW could offer was confirmation about an email he was sent from Bryan. This email was about Harlow.

The CobraKiller on the other hand gave evidence for a much longer period. He knew lots of information. Obvious is that when you consider the CobraKiller sought out Harlow online, had many conversations with Joe and Harlow, and met Joe and Harlow just weeks before Bryan was brutally murdered. The CobraKiller has been the instigator of so much in this case - all in an attempt to impress his much younger boy lover, the former escort and porn model, Sean Lockhart.

Early on in this investigation, Lockhart and Roy were BOTH told if it comes to light they played any part in the brutal murder of Bryan, they would face serious charges. They were suspected of playing a role very early on in this investigation. The investigation is ongoing. They are not in the clear. Once Joe and Harlow speak their version of events we will know much more.

Many bloggers attack RW daily. This is really funny and will backfire. RW to my knowledge does not post on any blogs. He has remained silent per the gag order. The same can not be said for the CobraKiller. He pops up once in a while on the blogs making threats to RW, this is witness intimidation. In October 2007, the CobraKiller posted the following message online to RW: "note to: BB/Aaron/Robert Wagner: Shove it up your ass! See ya soon!". The CobraKiller uses his 'friends' to do the same thing. Information used comes from the CobraKiller. Funny they attack and try to intimidate someone who does not blog.

We have had news reports stating how angry a person the CobraKiller is. He created the name CobraKiller for himself. He created a blog to attack and intimidate Bryan Kocis. He made serious threats to his ex business partner Lee, much the same way he did to Bryan, much the same way he does to RW. The RollingStone wrote: "Fights between Roy and Lockhart are common: Even during a series of long interviews for this story, Roy frequently dresses Lockhart down, his temper volcanic, the viens bulging in his temples. Their venture with Lockhart's former lover Lee Bergeron has fallen apart: they now advise fans not to join the Web site they started with him, further muddling the Brent Corrigan brand. At 3am on a recent Saturday night, Roy drove through the alley behind Bergeron's home in San Diego and shouted from his SUV, "You motherfucker! I'm going to get you!". Afraid for his safety, Bergeron installed security cameras ."

It is anger that drives the CobraKiller, it has done for years, and continues to do so. That alone makes him a dangerous character. He has pissed of many big porn studios too. Amazing to say the least. His actions halted the porn career Sean desperately wanted.

The defense are going to have a field day with Grant 'CobraKiller' Roy and Sean Lockhart. So many of their lies and claims will come back to them.

Some new developments about bloggers on the subject of the brutal murder of Bryan Kocis have recently come to my attention.

The poster/blogger who uses the name Rob who constantly rants about having a 'fat file' has been masquerading and representing himself as a FEDERAL AGENT. This is a very serious criminal offence. The law is very clear on such actions.

The crime is defined in 18 U.S. Code sec. 912 as follows:

"Sec. 912. - Officer or employee of the United States

Whoever falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency or officer thereof, and acts as such, or in such pretended character demands or obtains any money, paper, document, or thing of value, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both".

Rob has done his best to intimidate more than one blogger under his guiese of being a Federal Agent. He did these acts with the help and support of Dewayne who we all know is Sean and Grant 'CobraKiller' Roys best friend and strongest supporter. Indeed, Dewayne is in clear violation of various laws in aiding Rob's impersonation. The question now is are Sean and his CobraKiller behind this? More than likely they are at the very least aware of this situation.

What they hope to acheive by their actions has no bearing on their illegal actions.

I have been very vocal in my believes in this murder saga. Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy are NOT in the clear of any wrong doing in this brutal murder. They have systimatically broken law after law. The Affidavit of probable cause cleary points this out with the following statement:

"Sean Lockhart, aka Brent Corrigan, created his own website known as www.brentcorriganonline.com, in violation of contractual agreements between the victim and Lockhart". This is a legal document clearly stating Sean broke the law, again. To breaking the law, Sean is not stranger. 2008 and Lethal Injections

2008 will hopefully be the year this murder saga is put to rest. Those found guilty of the murder probably will not be executed by lethal injection. Right now the US Supreme Court has started hearing arguments on whether to ban executions by lethal injection. A ruling by the Supreme Court is expected in June this year.

Is lethal injection cruel punishment? Easy answer is yes. The taking of any life in any shape or form is cruel. While some criminals deserve death, it is not our place to lower ourselves to take another human life. I say let nature take its course - and keep them locked up and isolated from all things decent in life till that happens. Killing them is too easy, let them live with what they have done - that is the suffering and punishment they deserve.

At the end of this month, the ball is going to start rolling on this murder trial. I am not happy this is still going on. The thought of blogging about this well into 2008 is not pretty - mostly because of attacks, threats and accusations by a select few fellow bloggers. Believe it or not, I do have a life damn it. However, I did say to myself and others I will see this through to the end, and that I will do.

It is, and always has been, my hope that Sean 'ToxicTwink' Lockhart and Grant 'CobraKiller' Roy will pay for their involvement in this. To date nothing has happened regarding this. Hopefully once the trial is underway this will change. Regardless, those two will always be tarnished with their involvement in this brutal murder.

The latest allegations in this murder saga are beyond believe.

It is claimed that Robert Wagner was in the home of Bryan Kocis on the night he was murdered. It is further claimed Robert watched the murder live on CCTV in Bryan's house. The final claim is Roberts car was parked in Bryan's driveway the night of the murder.

The exact details of these claims is sketchy at best - no surprise when you look at who is making those claims.

Elm said to Rob on his blog: "First of all you got half that crap you post on the blogs from Dewayne and me". Elm also says to Rob: "Robert was there I have known this for some time and so have the police. Rob seems to be convinced in his theory because he has other things planned for RW". Where did Elm get this information? Why did Elm and Dewayne feed Rob crap? Had RW been in Bryan's home the night of the murder, this would be public knowledge. What does Rob have planned for Robert Wagner?

By his own admission, Dewayne says he is a drug using pot smoke 44 year old teenager who (illegally) downloads bb twink porn. He is clearly mentally unbalanced with zero credibility. Viewing himself as a teenager and downloading twink porn speaks volumes about his true nature and character. This is not normal behavior for someone his age. What a year it has been for Sean Lockhart, Grant 'CobraKiller' Roy, Joe Kerekes and Harlow Cuadra.

What connects these four together were events that took place on January 24th, 2007. These events shocked the gay porn industry - the brutal murder of Bryan Kocis.

Everyone knows about the long public war waged by Grant 'CobraKiller' Roy and Sean Lockhart against Bryan Kocis. Several times the CobraKiller stated in public he wanted to see Bryan Kocis dead. The CobraKiller set up a blog dedicated to the destruction of Bryan Kocis and Cobra Video - it was on this blog Grant Roy declared himself THE COBRAKILLER.

The unemployed and broke CobraKiller spends most of his time trolling the internet and contacting young men asking if they would be interested in having sex with his much younger lover, Sean Lockhart, for their now failed website BCO. This is how the CobraKiller found and contacted Harlow Cuadra.

Months after the CobraKiller contacted Harlow Cuadra, Bryan Kocis was brutally murdered. During a dinner conversation between all four, the CobraKiller claims that Joe and Harlow brought up the subject of murdering Bryan. The CobraKiller claims he changed the subject. If these claims are true, why did the CobraKiller not report this credible threat to the authorities? It was a matter of weeks later when the murder was carried out.

The world of amateur gay porn is not pretty for those involved. It is all about sex, drugs and most importantly, money. With this comes lies, many many lies. Sean and his CobraKillers lies are endless (and documented).

There was no misunderstanding. Grant 'CobraKiller' Roy contacted Harlow asking him to work with BCO. That is very clear and has been proven. When Sean and his CobraKiller invited Joe and Harlow to meet in Vegas 2 weeks before the murder of Bryan, again there was no misunderstanding.

How would Sean know there was a misunderstanding of anything? Is this going to be Sean's excuse in court when asked where Joe and Harlow got the idea to murder Bryan? It is odd Sean says this now since Joe recently and directly implicate Sean and his CobraKiller lover as being involved in this brutal murder.

Could this be the reason Sean and his CobraKiller point fingers in the direction of Robert Wagner?

This would be fun to watch if it did not involve a brutal murder. Grant "CobraKiller' Roy does not have a leg to stand on legally - assuming he meant legally and NOT another murder. We have many bloggers with blogs dedicated to this murder saga. We all have different views on this murder saga. Some have gotten downright nasty in attempts to get their points across. We also have bloggers who do not have their own blogs who comment often.

Most bloggers has been accused of being directly involved in this murder saga. This has actually been very revealing as to some bloggers intentions.

First up we have the old man Elm. His thoughts and beliefs are so far out there it is unreal. Elm thinks there is a big conspiracy going on and that Joe and Harlow are the fall guys. Elm knew nothing about any of the players till after the brutal murder of Bryan Kocis. Elm became 'friends' with Joe and Harlow via email. Elm now supports Harlow and has little to say about Joe. Elm believes BB (me) is directly involved in this case. Elms head is so far up his own ass he is in dire need of fresh air.

Next we have Dewayne. Dewayne is a 'friend' of Sean Lockhart and Grant 'CobraKiller' Roy. It is no longer clear to me what his beliefs are. We do know he stands by Sean and his CobraKiller. Dewayne has crossed several lines to the point of making direct threats to me. We also know Dewayne has said to others that I am Robert Wagner. Elm his number one puppet ran with that all the way to the bank only to eventually discover how wrong that information was. Dewayne certainly stirred up allot of shit. It eventually backfired when a blogger pointed me in a direction where I was able to discover many facts to the true nature, character and habits of Dewayne. I posted a fraction of that new found information on my blog - all in Dewaynes own words. At that point Dewayne requested a truce. I agreed. Doing otherwise would serve no purpose. I am not interested in 'playing games' with this dirty old man.

Next we have PC. PC's blog has rules. No flaming or personal attacks are allowed. PC's focus is facts - not accusations. PC's blog is refreshing in many aspects. You can ask direct questions and get direct answers on that blog. I love it. Like myself, PC remains anonymous. This has not stopped various accusations as to who PC is. I for one do not care who PC is. His blog kicks ass.

Jakester is a recent blogger. He believes Harlow is innocent. The Jakester has been accused of being Elm. I do not believe he is Elm. I believe him to be someone else.

Next up we have Jim from Mt Shitmore. Jim guessed Joe and Harlow were the murderers before they were arrested. Jim has fun with the blogs and appears to not take everything seriously. His comments though real and serious are often funny as hell in my view. Jim to my knowledge makes no personal attacks to other bloggers.

Lastly, me. I predicted well over a year ago that someone was going to end up dead. I posted this prediction on the old JuicyGoo forum. This ugly mess began there. It began with the actions of Sean and his CobraKiller Grant Roy. The CobraKiller's actions are why I am here today. He accused me of being Bryan Kocis. Obviously I am not, I am living proof of that now known fact. The CobraKiller fucked with the wrong person online. He clearly knows that now. The flipside is he accuses me of being Robert Wagner. Many people ran with that. Many people now know I am not Robert Wagner. So if I am not Robert Wagner, who am I? Some have suggested I am Robert Wagner's BF. Talk about getting desperate to tie BB into the CobraKillers murder drama. Each accusation made against me has backfired, it will continue to do so. As to my thoughts and beliefs, they are well known.

Joe and Harlow murdered Bryan Kocis. Sean and his CobraKiller put them up to it. Sean and his CobraKiller are NOT in the clear. This case is nowhere near being over. Both Joe and Harlow implicate Sean and his CobraKiller. All four are degenerates of the worst kind.

Regardless to what any of us think, it is in the hands of the law where it belongs. They clearly worked their asses off and have done an excellent job.

There as not been much news on the murder trial lately. The only activity has been bloggers attacking other bloggers. It is fun to watch as it seems I am being given a break from those concerned.

We all know a big storm is around the corner, the anticipation appears to be too much for a particular old blogger who claims to want to "wait and see" yet rants his usal lies.

If you view the following as personal attacks - too fucking bad. Nobody makes you come here.

Our so called friend the dear old Elm is being his usual idiotic self. He says the lie about Bryan Kocis being under investigation by the FBI was told to him by someone who would know - Elm then says that person now denies telling this unbelievable story, yet Elm still believes it. Go figure. The funniest is the advice he offers Joe Kerekes:

"I just have a bit of advice for Joey K., shut up and let your attorneys do the talking and follow Harlow’s lead. Oh well since when has Joe ever listened to me anyway? There are two instances that come to mind when he did not."

After the CobraKillers public threat to RW he has been very silent. I can only hope it was noted by the authorities and they put a stop to whatever it was that was going on with the Robert Wagner crap. Dewayne has finally left me alone and stopped with his lies and harassment. Dewayne called a truce until the trial is over. I agreed. Since that time it has come to my attention he told dear old freak Elm about the supposed FBI investigation re Bryan Kocis. He told Elm I was Robert Wagner. Why all the lies? My best guess was to take attention away from Sean and his CobraKiller. These lies probably originated with the CobraKiller. Dewayne wanted a truce because I found out about his various online illegal activities, some of which I reported on this blog. The funniest thing about those proven activites, Dewayne rants about unsafe sex, yet at the same time was downloading barely legal twink videos featuring bareback sex. Unreal.

Jan 24th 2007, Bryan Kocis was brutally murdered.

Items from the home of Bryan Kocis were stolen and destroyed.

One of the stolen items is a Sony Handycam FX1.

Jan 29th 2007, Harlow Cuadra asked a question about the same model camera on a DVI forum. Harlow also says "i just got it but do not understand the manuel to well :(".

Feb 10th 2007, a Sony Handycam FX1 is one of the items seized from Joe and Harlow's home. The external serial number was removed from this camera.

Where did Harlow get said camera? does he have a receipt? can he provide the seller as a witness?

The obvious answer to the above three questions is NO. We'd have heard otherwise by now.

Can it be proven the camera in Harlow's possession belonged to Bryan Kocis? Yes it can. The internal serial number. Traces of Bryan could also possibly be found on the camera by way of finger prints and/or DNA.

I firmly believe this camera will be proven to be the one stolen from murder victim Bryan Kocis.

Why would the CobraKiller do this? What is his motive? Does the CobraKiller know Robert personally? Does the CobraKiller wish Robert Wagner the same fate as Bryan Kocis?

So many questions come up pertaining to the CobraKiller. None get answered.

The CobraKiller will not have that luxury when he takes the stand at trial. Many questions WILL be asked, he must answer them honestly or plead the 5th. The fact is the CobraKiller digs himself a deeper hole every time he comments. It is pathetic behavior from someone his age. He has serious issues, always lashing his anger out at others, instead of taking responsibility for his own actions.

The witness stand will change that and put to rest many lies and claims he has made to rest.

Theories, Lies and The Red Herring

After the arrest of Joe and Harlow for the murder of Bryan Kocis, some bloggers came up with outrageous theories to clear the two clowns of murder and divert attention away from them, Sean Lockhart and his CobraKiller.

It was obvious Sean and his CobraKiller were looked at and investigated. Obvious because there is good reason. The CobraKiller is the only link between Joe, Harlow and Bryan. Nobody denies this, it is undeniable, it is fact.

The CobraKiller sought out Harlow online, this fact has been proven.

None of us bloggers know exactly what took place between Joe, Harlow, Sean and his CobraKiller. Only they know that. What we do know is Joe and Harlow are facing the Death Penalty for the brutal murder of Bryan Kocis. We also know that Sean Lockhart recommended Harlow contact Bryan Kocis to seek work with Cobra Video.

Bryan was brutally murdered TWO WEEKS after Joe, Harlow, Sean and his CobraKiller had a drunken 'business meeting' in Vegas. What was said during this so called meeting? We may never know the truth, however it is going to be interesting to hear Joe and Harlows version of events. The two people who dread this the most are Sean and his CobraKiller. Do they have good reason? I'd say HELL YES. It is my hope NO DEAL is reached and that this goes all the way to trial. So far, it is heading that way. I feel a trial is important to dispel and/or confirm many of the accusations made by myself and others.

Everyone knows where I stand on this saga. Lets look at where others stand.

Some claim Bryan was being investigated by the FBI, others claim he was working for the FBI, others say he was being watched and all his movements monitored by the FBI. The claim is Bryan was involved in some kind of underground kiddie porn ring. If any of these accusations were remotely true, we'd know it by now. The problem with these claims is simple. If there was an ounce of truth to any of these claims, the people making them would be involved just by having knowledge of the claims. The Feds are hardly going to give such information to a blogger. Nobody can site any sources for these claims. They are clearly lies.

Robert Wagner, the red herring.

This one baffles me to no end. So many outrageous accusations have been made about Robert Wagner with not one shred of evidence. It is claimed that Robert murdered Bryan days before he actually was killed. Some even claim Robert murdered Bryan in Vegas and somehow managed to return the body back to PA undetected.

Many people have confirmed they spoke with Bryan on the day of his murder, however others say it was not Bryan, the say it was Robert pretending to be Bryan. The online chats Bryan had on the day of his murder was again Robert pretending to be Bryan. It is claimed Robert did this from New York using Bryan's cellphone and laptop. The reason for this claim is simple, there are people who want to implicate Robert Wagner and divert attention away from the FOUR main players, Joe, Harlow, Sean and his CobraKiller who each have their own supporters with their own agenda's.

Harlow claims when he arrived at the home of Bryan Kocis the door was open, he seen a body, smelled smoke and heard a person making noise in the home. Some claim that it was Robert Wagner. That claim is impossible for the simple reason Robert Wagner was not in PA at that time. There goes that claim. I am being kind by saying claim, it is an outright lie. There are so many lies being told. Robert Wagner can not be implicated in any way to this murder, no matter how hard some try to make it so. All false accusations made against Robert Wagner are given with no back up and no proof for a simple reason.

Robert Wagner had nothing to do with the brutal murder of Bryan Kocis. He is not connected to Joe or Harlow in anyway. The authorities are satisfied with this. Thats what counts. Can Sean and his cobraKiller make that claim? No. They were both very much involved with Joe and Harlow before, during and after the murder of Bryan.

A red herring is a metaphor for a diversion or distraction from an original objective.

ENSURE JUSTICE IS SERVED

This post is in response to a post Jim made on PC's blog.

We all have our own idea's regarding this murder saga. The accusations made by myself and others are very serious, the accusation made against myself and others are equally serious.

The problem is, as Jim points out, this detracts from known FACTS so far in this case. This could possibly help Joe and Harlow at trial. I for one am not happy with this realization, nor do I think you are. Most of us bloggers are in agreement that these two clowns are GUILTY. The problems arise from our idea's as to what would make them commit such a brutal crime.

I am in no way saying or suggesting we do not discuss our own thoughts and theories. I am however suggesting the personal attacks stop. You do not know me, I do not know you. We have been able to find out details of a few bloggers. I personally have used such information to discredit bloggers and their idea's. This was done in retaliation due to accusations made against me. The problem with me is I have been outspoken from day one when the war of words first began between Grant Roy and Bryan Kocis. Those that know Grant and Sean have in my view gone overboard in defending them by making false accusations and all out attacks, I simply responded back accordingly. Do any of us really want to continue this up to trials end? I for one do not.

Let me be VERY CLEAR, my one and only goal is to see JUSTICE SERVED to all guilty parties. Here is where the BS usually begins between us bloggers. You all know I firmly believe Sean and Grant are involved. I know some of you firmly believe Robert Wagner is involved. The fact is there is no proof at this time that any of those three are involved. Naturally we hope some evidence comes to light implicating those we believe to be involved. This is NOT going to happen on any blog.

I am only going to say this once. It has been proven by the authorities that Robert Wagner does not post on my blog. It has been proven to those authorities that I am not Robert Wagner, it has also been proven I do not know Robert Wagner. A simple call to the DA's office will verify this. In saying this I am sure most of you already know this to be fact. It is time for those games to stop. You have a choice. It is your decision to make.

We have proven that we all can stand united. DK is a perfect example. We all know the score there. We all agree. The only blog that has no BS and personal attacks regarding this saga is PC and KM's. Due to comments made by Jim, I think it is high time all of us bloggers interested in this saga take a leaf out of their book.

How would you feel if Joe and Harlow got away with committing this brutal murder because of our own actions? I'd be mortified and horrified that anything I said on a blog played a role in their acquittal.

I have always kept my own thoughts about Bryan Kocis the man to myself. I will continue to do so. Maybe when this mess is over I will say what I think. The fact is, it does not matter what I think about him, it does not matter what you think about him. He was a man who was brutally murdered. Those who did the deed deserve what the LAW and a JURY of their peers give them.

When the image of 'Drake' was made public, it was a blogger who identified him. Have you stopped to think how amazing and awesome that is? It truly is. I believe our respective blogging and posts played a hand in that simply by providing a forum to follow this saga.

Lastly, by all means post that you think RW is involved if you really believe he was, and explain why, keep it reasonable, keep it open to discussion. Keep the personal attacks to yourself. I am willing if you are willing to ENSURE JUSTICE IS SERVED.

Lethal Injection:

In 1977, Oklahoma became the first state to adopt lethal injection as a means of execution, though it would be five more years until Charles Brooks would become the first person executed by lethal injection in Texas on December 2, 1982. Today, 37 of the 38 states that have the death penalty use this method.

When this method is used, the condemned person is usually bound to a gurney and a member of the execution team positions several heart monitors on this skin. Two needles (one is a back-up) are then inserted into usable veins, usually in the inmates arms. Long tubes connect the needle through a hole in a cement block wall to several intravenous drips. The first is a harmless saline solution that is started immediately. Then, at the warden's signal, a curtain is raised exposing the inmate to the witnesses in an adjoining room. Then, the inmate is injected with sodium thiopental - an anesthetic, which puts the inmate to sleep. Next flows pavulon or pancuronium bromide, which paralyzes the entire muscle system and stops the inmate's breathing. Finally, the flow of potassium chloride stops the heart. Death results from anesthetic overdose and respiratory and cardiac arrest while the condemned person is unconscious.

Medical ethics preclude doctors from participating in executions. However, a doctor will certify the inmate is dead. This lack of medical participation can be problematic because often injections are performed by inexperienced technicians or orderlies. If a member of the execution team injects the drugs into a muscle instead of a vein, or if the needle becomes clogged, extreme pain can result. BoyBatter was a company that produced amateur content for sale via DVDs and distribution for their web site. Perhaps Harlow and Joe did want to make it big, and yet couldn’t do it on their own. As we all know, there are thousands of amateur web sites out there today – anyone with a web cam or even digital camera can produce adult content, post it on an amateur web site, and become a “star”, at least in their own eyes.

BoyBatter had achieved a modicum of success; through their escort business, Harlow and Joe were enjoying the good life, although their debt kept racking up. Sean and Grant, however, were not enjoying any success. Their BCO venture had failed miserably (they blamed everyone and took no responsibility, naturally) and Sean’s foray into the professional realm of gay porn went no where when he burned his bridge with Falcon Video. It also didn’t help that both Sean and Grant were in litigation with a man they both despised.

There are so many threads of the web to this story; it’s hard to keep track of everything. In 2005, Sean signed a contract with Cobra Video but then left the company before fulfilling it. Regarding the contract, people have blogged numerous times that the contract couldn’t be fulfilled legally because a contract for sexual services is illegal. Thus the contract was null and void. It was this contract that sparked this tragedy. Was it legal? Was it illegal? Could a court have enforced it and forced Sean to go back to Cobra Video to fulfill his obligations?

So on the one hand we have Sean Lockhart, under contract with Cobra Video, but not under contract with Cobra Video. He starts his own [failed] venture, goes to work for Falcon, and is embroiled in a lawsuit with his former lover.

We then have Grant Roy, Sean’s current boyfriend and business partner (sorry, I refuse to describe him as a porn producer, because he’s been a complete failure at that), who is on the constant look-out for potential models to work with Sean. It is Grant Roy that first contacts Harlow Cuadra, via Harlow’s rentboy ad. We should set aside, for the moment, the question as to why Grant would contact any escort, since we all know his distaste for them even though Sean often charged for sex as an escort. Just add another “what the fuck?” to the growing list.

Nothing comes of that first contact. For their second contact, it is Harlow that reaches out to Sean, who at this point has a very bad taste in his mouth after the Falcon fiasco. Thus begins what you could loosely term a “friendship”. For their third contact, and first in-person meeting, Grant suggests that Sean invite Harlow and Joe to Las Vegas. This is January 2007. At this point, Sean, Grant and Bryan are close to agreeing to a settlement that, in effect, would bring Brent Corrigan back under the Cobra Video umbrella for a short amount of time, and would, after a few years, give Sean the exclusive rights to the BC name, something he continues to want after all this time. There are mysterious rumors that Bryan and Lee were conspiring together, that Bryan was going to buy Lee’s LSG share and get rid of Grant Roy. Take this for what you want. A rumor is all it is.

So off to Vegas go Harlow and Joe, with thoughts of a working partnership with Sean and Grant. What was said during the infamous Le Cirque dinner? Speculation abounds. Here’s a plausible scenario – we can agree that Grant and Joe are quite similar – both older guys with young boyfriends, both with tempers and both with triggers that can set them off quickly. During dinner, Sean and Harlow were flirting like crazy. Grant and Joe were having their own conversation. It’s quite possible that Grant shared with Joe his and Sean’s past with Bryan. Keep in mind, Grant, to this day, hates Bryan. He hated what Bryan did to Sean (though what Bryan actually “did” no one really knows for sure). He hated that Bryan blocking Sean and Grant at every turn. And he hated that he was forced by Lee to settle with Bryan. Don’t think for a minute that Grant sugar-coated anything with Joe. He was forthcoming and brutally honest.

It makes sense, when you think about it. Grant was forced to settle with a man he hated, and was going to see his boyfriend head back to Cobra Video. I’d be in a rage too, if I was defeated, like Grant was. So he spilled his guts to Joe, maybe because he saw a kindred spirit in Kerekes. Maybe it was innocent on Grant’s part (fuck I wish Bryan was dead) and he said things that we all say when we are upset.

But here’s where things get muddy. Remember the contract that Sean was either obligated to fulfill or not obligated to fulfill? It comes up again during the Vegas dinner, where Grant informs Harlow and Joe that they (he and Sean) can’t work with the Virginia escorts because Sean is under contract with Cobra Video. Huh?? What contract with Cobra Video?

It is also during this dinner that the subject of murder comes up. From what little we know, it is Harlow and Joe who first mention the word. It is quite possible that prior to their all meeting in Vegas, the foursome spoke about the amount of money they’d all make from DVD sales of a joint Sean/Harlow pairing. While Harlow is not what can be described as a twink, I’m sure there are a number of Sean-nettes who would have supported such a pairing, and thus would have purchased the DVD.

Let’s recap – Grant Roy first reaches out to Harlow Cuadra via Harlow’s rentboy ad. Nothing comes of that meeting. Harlow Cuadra reaches out a while later to Sean Lockhart via Sean’s myspace profile. Discussions take place, probably over the phone, IM and email, about the possibility of a joint Sean/Harlow venture. While nothing is set in stone (such as pesky contracts), perhaps a verbal deal was reached – Sean and Grant would work together with Harlow and Joe. They dream of making millions, of becoming players in the industry, and perhaps of even fucking Bryan and Lee over.

In the meantime, Lee reaches out to Bryan and negotiations to settle begin. This puts a damper on the Sean/Harlow DVD production, and maybe enrages Grant even further. But Harlow and Joe travel to Vegas a day after being invited by Sean and Grant. Are we to assume that Lee told Sean and Grant, while Harlow and Joe were traveling across the country, that there could be no partnership with Harlow and Joe? This would explain the “oh guys, we can’t work with you because we have a contract with Cobra Video” statement. If Joe has the same temper and ability for rage as Grant, could this have been the spark that begat the idea of getting rid of Bryan, thus freeing Sean to work with Harlow. No Bryan, no contract. No contract, no barriers to working together.

Perhaps the upcoming trial will provide answers as to why, which many people have been asking. Perhaps we will learn what was said during the Vegas dinner and before, when the foursome first began talking about working with each other. Perhaps we’ll learn why Sean Lockhart deluded himself into thinking he’d be the next Jenna Jamison, and why Harlow Cuadra and Joe Kerekes were under the delusional that working with two people who had yet to achieve any type of success on their own, would result in greater success, monetarily and career-wise, than any of them had achieved as of yet.

And perhaps we’ll learn the real reason why two complete strangers [allegedly] murdered a man they didn’t know, nearly two weeks after meeting with two men who despised the victim more than anything in the world.

Fact: Bryan Kocis had a thing for younger guys. Fact: Grant Roy has a thing for younger guys. Fact: Sean Lockhart has a thing for older guys.

There has been a lot of talk and a ton of speculation on the nature of the relationship between Sean and Bryan. A number of people have speculated the relationship was more of a master/slave, with Bryan being the dominant personality controlling (or trying to control) Sean, who was made to do things at Bryan’s whim, bullying Sean into submission. Others have speculated that Sean, knowing Bryan’s weakness for younger guys, exploited that weakness, and was the manipulator, making Bryan take him on trips and buy him expensive presents.

Then there are a few people who believe Bryan was truly in love with Sean, and that’s what I believe as well. I believe Bryan was quite taken with Sean when Chris/Jake first showed Bryan a sleeping Sean via webcam. Isn’t it possible he saw a young man who was starved for attention, who needed (no, who wanted) to be protected and taken care of. Isn’t it possible Sean was looking for someone like Bryan, someone experienced and successful, who could take care of Sean’s every whim? I believe it is.

What do we know about Bryan? We know he was extremely private and kept mostly to himself. The incident with the 15 y/o scared him, and he withdrew, focusing on work and making Cobra Video the success it became. Perhaps Bryan needed someone like Sean to draw him out, to bring him out of his comfort zone. Perhaps Sean needed someone like Bryan, a man who was, in my opinion, starved for affection. Yes, Bryan slept with some of his models. Call it a perk of the trade. It’s not uncommon – a lot of porn producers sleep with their models. And why not? If the model is willing and says yes, why shouldn’t they engage in sex? How many of us, if we worked in the industry and had a bevy of young men at our beck and call, would say no to sex?

I’m of the mind that when they met, Bryan fell for Sean, but perhaps knew (or sensed) that Sean didn’t feel the same way. So Bryan paid for expensive haircuts and clothes, took Sean to exotic places like Hawaii and Puerto Rico, all in an effort to “make” Sean fall in love with him, or at least have the same feelings toward Bryan as Bryan had toward Sean. In the recent magazine articles, it states that Bryan tried to encourage Sean to enroll in a local PA college. Some would describe that as Bryan being controlling. I’d argue Bryan trying to encourage his young lover to better himself by getting him an education.

Was their relationship perfect? Of course not, but then again, how many relationships, either straight or gay, are perfect? Is there even such a thing as perfection in relationships? Should there be? I’m sure Sean and Bryan fought a lot; I was told on many occasions by Bryan that Sean was lazy. Despite what Sean claims, it was Bryan who named him “Brent Corrigan”. Bryan told me exactly how it happened, which is how Sean describes it in one of the recent magazine articles.

Considering Sean is a known liar and manipulator, it should come as no surprise that he took full advantage of Bryan’s feelings for him. Sean manipulated and I would venture so far as to say that he controlled Bryan – and Bryan fell for it, probably because Sean was using his sexuality to keep Bryan in line. Sean continues doing it to this day.

I can’t blame Bryan for turning on Sean. It shouldn’t have come as a surprise to Bryan, however, that Sean would leave him for another guy (Grant). I believe Sean and Bryan had one last fight (a big one), which caused Sean to leave Bryan and move in with Grant and Lee. When they met, I have no doubt Sean saw an opportunity to “get back” at Bryan, and used his sexuality to entice Grant, who fell for it, hook, line and sinker. Lee was toast and soon out of the picture, joining Bryan on the sidelines as Sean took up with his latest conquest. Bryan reverted back to the isolated and solitary figure he was before meeting Sean, but he also got mad. As he is quoted in one of his emails to Sean, he says he shouldn’t be surprised someone close to him hurt and deceived him yet again. The rest, as they say, is history.

It’s unfortunate that Sean and Bryan’s relationship deteriorated to the point that it did. I once asked Bryan why he never started “BrentCorrigan.com” while Sean was still working at Cobra. Bryan explained that Sean had no interest in it, and dismissed it when Bryan brought it up. I guess Grant was able to change Sean’s mind. I’ve never dissed Sean’s desire to go into business for himself but I have disagreed with the way he’s gone about it.

Now, 2 years later, Sean Lockhart is considered to be a former porn model who’s embroiled in a murder investigation. I sincerely hope Sean has experienced at least a modicum of sadness with Bryan’s death. I do hope that Sean can one day come to realize that the person whose death he caused by his own actions, directly or indirectly, only wanted to love and protect him. Whether Sean and others feel Bryan only wanted to control Sean and beat him into submission will forever be an on-going debate.
